Bryan was such a character up at Cricket St Thomas Golf Club ( formerly Windwhistle). 

He was, of course, famous for introducing the 2-wheel Segway Golf Buggy to us and became quite an excellent exponent of going up and down our hilly course.  A devilish Yorkshire wit and usually had an opinion on just about every World event.

Never a spectacular Golfer , one of the many of us that just went up there for the company and chance to get out in the fresh-air for a few hours 3 times a week.

Sad that we lost him so quickly and we never really had a chance to say goodbye.

I wonder if his famous 'Blue-Mac' will be part of his legacy, or will he be taking it with him ?

Thanks to any of you reading this who were residents of the Apartment Block he shared with you. I know he appreciated your company and companionship.

Farewell Bryan , there will probably be a few of us there to see you off on Friday.
